Clodinafop-Propargyl is an aryloxyphenoxypropionate (AOPP) ACCase-inhibiting herbicide used post-emergence for control of wild oat and other grassy weeds in wheat. Applied with the safener Cloquintocet-mexyl, it offers excellent selectivity to wheat while providing broad-spectrum grass weed control. It acts by blocking fatty acid biosynthesis in target grass species, leading to meristematic cell death.
