2,5-Dimethyl-3-Hexyne-2,5-Diol is an acetylenic diol surfactant used as a wetting agent, spreading aid, and formulation adjuvant in insecticide and pesticide emulsion formulations. Its unique structure provides excellent surface tension reduction and substrate wetting, improving coverage and penetration of insecticidal active ingredients on insect cuticle and plant surfaces. This compound is also used as a defoaming agent in water-based agrochemical formulations. AB Enterprises supplies this specialty diol to agrochemical formulators and chemical manufacturers.
